I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Many of our products are in high global demand. Please allow 3 - 7 business days for the processing and shipping of your order.
Shipment times vary depending on the fulfilment centre that your product will be passing through.
- Average transit times to the United States: 5 - 20 Business days
- Average transit times to International: 10 - 20 Business days
There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping delays. Whilst most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfilment centres across the globe.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty, providing you cancel your order within 24 hours after creating it. If the item has already shipped, please email email@example.com with the subject line 'CANCEL ORDER'.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email within 24 hours with your correct shipping information. Alternatively, notify us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
Whilst we take the upmost care when packing and shipping your order, there is the very rare occasion that it may arrive damaged. If this is the case, please email us at email@example.com with the subject line 'DAMAGED'.
